Shopping experience: Average at best. I expected my item within a week of ordering, but didn't receive it for several months. I was advised that it was on backorder at the manufacturer. It would have been nice to know that it was on back order at the time of purchase. Once I made the purchase, it wouldn't let me cancel the order so I could order from somewhere else. Communication with customer service was ok. They did respond to emails and web inquiries in a timely manner, but it would have been nice to be able to speak to someone over the phone.
