But when I called and spoke the representative was great and help me get my whole order together Repair difficulty: Hard Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Trim and tilt leaking I had the help of a friend who has more experience on the outboard motor than I. We borrowed the tool necessary to work on the trim and tilt and took it apart and replaced all the O-rings etc. Be sure to see how you take things apart so you know how to put them back together and I recommend taking a few photos before totally take it apart helps you remember how to put back together. It now seems to be working very well. Have not had it out on the water yet.

Shopping experience: Not good. I ordered parts on August 13 and used the order status tool on your website which said order was processing and could not be cancelled. That made me think shipping would be soon. The order stayed in this status for weeks, so I called and was told everything was there and would ship in a couple days.
