I have an order that I do not have a shipping confirmation or an order confirmation even. I called 3 days ago. The guy said that my order was shipping out on that day. I called again yesterday and was told that it would ship yesterday. Again, I still do not have any confirmation that my order was shipped. Plus, I was charged twice for that order and still haven’t been refunded or heard anything about my refund.
