Order was shipped in time that I was informed it would be. It did take some time for it to arrive through our snail mail system. USPS is not what they used to be. But with the help of Crowley Marine I was able to keep track of shipment. Thank you for that. All parts were received in excellent packaging and marked with part number for ease of putting my lower unit back together. Thank you for a job well done!

My recent order proved to all be the wrong parts. Turns out, it was my mistake for looking at the wrong schematic. I asked for a refund and got a quick reply with approval for said refund, eventhough the mistake was mine. Ill continue to shop with Crowley in the future.
