Shopping experience: Communication was poor. I waited almost 2 months for the items to arrive. I called to see where they were and they decided to hold the entire order until everything was available.. the solution was to ship everything that was available at the time (all but one item). I thnk they could have arrived at this solution without me calling in to check on the order. that would have looked better. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: There were a few parts in my order that were not in stock. I was aware that it would take longer than normal to get everything I needed. I waited a full month and my order still hadn’t shipped. I called and requested they ship the items that were in stock and I located the other parts from another vendor. Crowley never notified me that the fuel pump was not gonna be shipped. It was in stock when I placed the order but, while they were waiting for the back order items, they sold my fuel pump to someone else. I found out about the pump 2 days after everything else shipped and had to locate another pump somewhere else. This NEVER should’ve happened. I paid for the pump while it was “in stock” and it should’ve been placed with my order instead of being sold to someone else. This cost me more time and money. It also caused me to cancel a lake trip with family. Sorry, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: Dealing with Crowley was disappointing. Ordered parts that were shown to be in stock, then got notification that some were back ordered, waited a month and send them a message through their website asking for status and heard nothing, waited 4 days and send them another message through their website and heard nothing, waited 3 more days send another message through their website and heard nothing. The next day after scouring their site I saw on their chat window that you can request a call back so I requested a call back and they called immediately. They guy stated all but 1 of my parts had arrived and they would ship that day, but the next morning I received an email that some of the in-stock parts were missed placed and they couldn't find them. I requested through the email that they ship what they have asap and ship the parts they couldn't find when they get them. It's been 2 weeks and nothing from them on the remaining parts.
