Shopping experience: Not good. I ordered parts on August 13 and used the order status tool on your website which said order was processing and could not be cancelled. That made me think shipping would be soon. The order stayed in this status for weeks, so I called and was told everything was there and would ship in a couple days. Six weeks or more is not acceptable, and from past experience I feel if I had not called it would have been longer. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
