Shopping experience: My only complain which I've already shared with Crowley is the manner in which product availability is presented on Amazon. Case in point; Crowley advertised the product as being for sale / available, but it was in fact not in stock. This was not disclosed until I inquired about delay in deliver. I was told that it was being ordered from manufacturer, (???) and that I would be advised of when the product was actually shipped. The point; customer's should be informed of availability prior to providing all one's personal information and making payment! Customer can then decide to seek out a business which can actually provide the product to meet customer's immediate need and time frame. Shipping was quick once Crowley had actually obtained product from...... Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
