Shopping experience: apparently one of the items I ordered was not readily available and after waiting for approx 10 days I emailed customer service where I was informed there was a delay and then at that point the offer was made to ship all other items and refund the one item not available. Engine: Yamaha Shopping experience: I was sent wrong item. Was told it would be sent. Gave a new order number. That does not show on website. Asked 3 times about it received auto respond saying they are looking at my reply. But never get a response. My motor is still apart waiting for part.
