DEEP FLANGE BOLT 95D95-06020-00

Engine: Yamaha 8 hp Shopping experience: I bought some replacement bolts recently that I needed that had broken while removing the exhaust cooling plates. The only place I could find them was from Crowley Marine. So I am ever so grateful. Repair difficulty: Hard Repair time: More than 4 hours Repair symptoms: Exhaust cooling plate and ports I had to remove the power head off this Yamaha 8hp due to corrosion from salt remaining in the water jackets around the exhaust. A few of them broke. To remove the broken bolts was not an easy task but I persevered so now I need the replacement bolts.

Shopping experience: Have ordered parts weeks ago, and still haven’t received all of my orders. Website states 3-5 business day delay or 5-10 day delay. It’s been much longer Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: Andy was the only good thing about this company 😮 My order was received and processed on July 15/21, and only received partial order, it is not September 9/21, still have not heard from anyone whether when the rest of my order will be shipped or arriving ☹️ Definitely very disappointing to say the least 😧 Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: Bad. Granted, I ordered from another website and they passed it off onto these guys to fulfill. This Crowley place was out of stock with a very common part that I could have gotten from other vendors or even other manufacturers. A week after ordering, but not receiving an email with shipping information, I requested the status. They told me “stock had become available” even though their website said ships in 3-5 days, while not lying by saying it was en route. A week after that, I got an email that it was being shipped.
