Shopping experience: Very good. I was not able to identify the correct throttle cable from the online parts list, so I had to call to get the proper part number. Crowley's customer service was able to get the correct item selected and put it in my shopping cart with my end clips. All items arrived together within the estimated time, and I was on my way. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
