Engine: Yamaha 40HP four stroke Shopping experience: If it wasn't for your customer support (Andy Nasser) I don't think I would have received one part. My first shipment was lost for three weeks. My second order I was double charged and double shipped for most of the order. My third and final order was also lost. The shipping department shipped it FedEx but was marked as USPS. It's very difficult to tell a customer that you're waiting on parts when the people you order them from...... don't know where they are. Mr. Nasser went above and beyond by finding my stuff, accepting the double ordered stuff back and sending me a second order for the first lost order. I have since ordered from competitors with zero issues. Price is not as important as knowing when you'll receive these parts. Sorry. You guys have lost a customer.
