Everything up to post-purchase was flawless. After the payment was made, the items sat in my cart for 2 days, and the order wasn't processed. I almost paid double, but checked my account first and saw that the transaction had indeed gone through. This also happened on my last order. When a purchase is made, the items aren't clearing from the shopping cart. I spoke to a representative who is aware of this issue, as others have double paid. This should be escalated and addressed ASAP. Making mistakes with people's money is a sure-fire way to lose customers.

Engine: Yamaha HPDI 250 Shopping experience: I was very happy with the service I received. Even though my order was placed on Christmas Eve, I received my parts very quickly. The website was very easy to navigate and the PayPal payment option is phenomenal. Repair difficulty: lProfessional Repair time: More than 4 hours Repair symptoms: There is a lot of slack in the steering arm when trimming the motor. I had to remove the lower unit and pull the power head so that I could disassemble the steering arm from the motor bracket and replace the arm and bushings. I replaced the motor mounts (both uppers and lowers) and tilt bushings while I had the motor apart. I also replaced the water pump housing and impeller. I used all new bolts, washers and o rings when replacing the mounts and bushings. My annual maintenance includes new fuel system filters and lower unit oil/inspection. I’ll be prepared for the spring spawn!!
