Shopping experience: Communication was poor. I waited almost 2 months for the items to arrive. I called to see where they were and they decided to hold the entire order until everything was available.. the solution was to ship everything that was available at the time (all but one item). Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Broken stud on tiller arm. Stud broke off on bracket to motor and tiller arm. Welded a bugger onto recessed stud then a nut through the hole was welded and turned out the failed stud. Ran a tap through the inserts and installed 2 new studs with loctight. All set.
