Shopping experience: I've asked for a return process as this product took so long to arrive I thought the order hadn't been received. I ordered in April and received in July!! After ordering and receiving this product in a week from another business I didn't even know that the Crowley shipment was still coming. No notifications whatsoever. It wasn't until I saw your charge on my Visa card that I noticed you had taken my money and hadn't shipped. Please refund my money and let me send your unopened merchandise back.
