Engine: 1990 Yamaha In & Out Stern Drive Shopping experience: Great, everything fit perfectly!!!!!!!!!! Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: raw water pump not sucking water from lower unit. Had to drop the lower unit and reseal everything with lower unit seal kit. Must have had an air leak on the brass water tube that connects the lower unit to the upper unit. I cleaned everything and resealed the whole lower unit while I had it apart. Refilled the unit with new oil. Now everything works as new again.
