Engine: evinrude 9.5 Shopping experience: great customer service Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: low power repairing for a friend, this is a 1966, complaint was low power so rebuilt carb checked lower unit found no lube changed out with a good used lower unit after replacing seals and water pump, runs good!
