Not too great frankly. I placed an order in November and it didn’t ship until January. When I called to check the status, they told me the payment hadn’t been made. I assured them that I had paid through PayPal and I had been charged. After speaking to them, they did ship my product the next day, but if I hadn’t followed up, I would never have received what I ordered.
Repeat after me. I will never order Yamaha boat motor parts of Amazon or eBay again. I got what I wanted to replace my impeller and it was the exact fit unlike what I ordered on Amazon. Great oem products and good shipping… Pissing water now like a race horse DIY repair on a new to me 1993 25 hp, easy peasy… Thanks
