Shopping experience: I had to drop one item I would have liked to have been notified that 1 item was holding up the shipment.. when I questioned the status of the order, I then was offered the option to drop the 1 item, witch was the way I went to get the other items.. Shopping experience: My prop shaft was not packed properly and fell out along with an oil seal during shipment. The damaged prop shaft was stuffed back into the box and the seal was lost. After several emails over the course of several weeks, I was refunded for the price of the shaft but not the missing seal. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
