Engine: 9.9 Yamaha Shopping experience: I would not buy anything from Crowley again. They are deceptive with their advertised shipping times. Customer service is unresponsive or makes false promises. I tried to cancel my order three times after waiting for two months. Instead of canceling they shipped the parts to me three months after my order was placed. This place is a disfunctional joke. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: Bad fuel pump I ordered parts to repair my fuel pump along with other regular maintenance but waited over two months and Crowley didn’t ship me the parts. I canceled the order and purchased the same list of parts from Boats.net, who shipped my order the next day. A full month later and three months after my original order was placed with Crowley, I received the order that I had canceled. Do not order from Crowley Marine’s online site. These guys couldn’t manage a lemonade stand.
