Usually have good luck and Ive spend thousands of dollars at Crowley Marine this time they backordered a part that showed in stock and they shipped half of the order they did have and forgot the other items with no notes on paperwork and no update email. I spent days going back and forth with staff before they finally made things right and sent my parts. This kept me from repairing the boat for 2 weeks due to their negligece.

Shopping experience: Discouraging. Initially I was informed of a short 3-4 day delay. Then informed of multiple additional delays. Finally I received delayed product after about 2 months. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
