Engine: 8hp Yamaha Shopping experience: I needed parts for a complete overhaul of a Yamaha 8hp foot. Everything had to be replaced excluding the reverse/forward gears. All the bushings, shafts/seals and 13t gear needed replacement. It was a lot of parts and for some reason I was unable to get the online store cart to work. So I called them and ordered each part. The customer service was excellent. Shipping was good also, only a couple weeks, which is very good nowadays!
