Good place, returning customer!
Shopping experience: 1. Crowley should clearly state there are no split shipments. One of the several items I ordered was out of stock. I could have easily found a substitute for this item at my local hardware store. I didn't realize the remainder of the order, consisting of in stock items, would be held up for the one out of stock. I feel like Crowley was not being totally forthcoming with their approach which makes me wonder what else is not being disclosed. 2. For some reason my shipment notifications were not accurate. I had to inquire and ask for an update. My support person was excellent and I did finally receive the items, but it was an inconvienence. 3.
