Good experience, great to have actual parts diagrams on there web site, allows you to look reasonably at what your needing for your repairs. Good experience with contacting the Crowley support, they answered questions addressed concerns and was forward and honest. I would purchase from them again when my machines need parts or support. The online parts images are a good tool for anyone not sure where there part fits, as we all do not have perfect memories on how I took it apart, so going back to there parts diagrams its another indirect support for those of us not having a manual. Doug on Vancouver Island Canada.
