Shopping experience: I placed an order, and they charged my credit card immediately. But the order never shipped without any updates. Apparently there was a back order on a couple of small parts, and they held up the entire order so they could ship it complete. I'm glad I wasn't in a big hurry, but I was on the verge of calling and asking them to just cancel the whole thing. One of the main reasons I decided to give Crowley a try for this order was because they have detailed parts diagrams on their website and these are very helpful, so I decided to order from them to reciprocate for their useful website. I'll rethink this next time after this experience. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
