All aspects of my purchase and shipping were as good or better than I would expect. My order was processed and shipped quickly, and I received it as expected.

Engine: Yamaha 150hp outboard 6 cylinder Shopping experience: Excellent parts diagrams made it easy to get exactly what I needed. Repair difficulty: lProfessional Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Clogged carburetor Water and fuel separator filter never replaced and over filled with water. 3 year old fuel and contaminates left in system and someone tried to run it. Carburetors so clogged that one of the needle valves had to be drilled out. Cleaned and rebuilt all three carbs in about 3 hours. Siphoned all the fuel out, changed the filter, hand pumped a small amount of fuel into a bucket to make sure it was clean. Started on first try at idle with no choke. Runs great!

Shopping experience: I placed my order and was told a couples of the items were not in stock but would be in 3-5 days then they would ship my entire order. That kinda of irritated me due to the fact it was just over a $300 order and $277 of it was in stock (3 carb rebuild kits) and could have shipped immediately. After not hearing anything for 9 days I started sending emails asking when it was going to ship. Just passed the 2 week mark and 3 emails later I call and I am told that the other items were on back order and had no delivery date. I then asked why they didn’t answer any of my emails or even let me know they were on back order and was told that my time did mean something to them. If my time meant something the in stock items would of been sent so I could of been rebuilding my 3 carburetors while waiting for the remainder of my order. Or my emails answered or maybe even informed of the back order. Piss poor customer service! Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
