Engine: yamaha 5c Shopping experience: Unfortunately (presumably due to COVID), my order was 12weeks delayed, and was then missing one part, and another part was incorrect. Unsure why they processed payment and then suggested delays due to Covid. If items are not in stock surely the delay caused by supply issues should be stated upfront. I am aware it is not ideal circumstance right now, and I appreciate the efforts they eventially made to get my parts to me.
