Excellent.
Not good. I tried to order a small part from you, but the page was not responding after I left my credit card information. It was not updating. I tried for several days. Then got hold of the part in another shop, because of no respond from you, the page was not updating, and I got no email-receipt. I tried to contact you on your web, but no respond. Then I suddenly got an email almost two months after I ordered, saying the item was shipped. Again, I tried to contact you, but no respond. I have now collected the part from the post office, but I don’t need it anymore. onestly, you should transfer back my payment.
I have a Mariner 4hp and the choke knob worked fine. Crowley site said "ships immediately" and it did (no problems). Thank you.
