Engine: yamaha f9.9 2017 Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: convert to electric start Starter kit included all you need. Just follow the instructions included. Easy install, the motor is set up for it. The kit fits 2013 and newer motors, and some motors 2012 and earlier. Then instructions vary a bit for the 2012 and earlier motors (location of start button). Took about 2 hours taking my time. Used basic tools. Just be careful not to trap any wires behind the starter motor mount when you reinstall it.
