Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: over heating propshaft bearing and burnt lower unit lube discovered during service Had to replace the prop shaft bearing cooling tube due to corrosion. While i had it apart, I rebuilt the water pump and replaced seals and gasket. Preventative maintenance is the key to having piece of mind when taking your family out into the ocean.
