Shopping experience: Paid for rush delivery ($29.95) then to find out it wasn't in stock. Called and asked to be refunded the rush fee, Andy Nasser on April 26th said sure thing. It is now May 25th and I haven't received my refund. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: I was very disappointed with the experience because of a 4 week shipping delay. Making things worse, every time I called to check on the delay (4 times), your customer service told me it was shipping "today or tomorrow" which was not true. I understand COVID-19 has caused delays but you should not sell items as "in stock" if you do not have them in stock (they had to be ordered) and you should not advertise "ships within 1-5 business days" if they take over a month to ship.
