Engine: Yamaha 9.9 Shopping experience: Part came super fast and in great shape. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Tilt motor didn’t have the oomph to get up. Suspected a seal somewhere Pretty much a plug and play situation. Had to disconnect the wiring was the most difficult part.
Engine: yamaha 8hp Shopping experience: called to verify that shipping was only $4.99 to Alaska, representative was very nice and recommended I upgrade the shipping to UPS for $5.00 more because of the better package insurance since my purchase was over $1000. Part came in 4 days. Totally happy with my experience and have already recommended Crowley Marine to 2 other boaters friends.
