I was happy with the parts that I ordered. They solved my issues with my engines. When I first made my order I received a email saying we processed your payment and your order is pending. Several days later I call to check on the order because I had not received any order confirmation. The person on the phone was very nice and said the order had been processed sorry for the delay. A couple days later I received a email saying we will let you know when we have shipping information. Days later maybe a week to ten days later I received another email saying your parts have shipped. I received the parts and everything work. Keeping the me informed and updated on my order was not satisfactory. I know I only spent 800 dollars and some orders are a lot more expensive. But that is a lot of money to me and I became worried and started looking at other parts suppliers because I didn’t think I was going to get my parts. I’m happy with Crowley and have set up an account on the app. I will use again but keeping me updated was lacking.
