Shopping experience: Unfortunately, it was a poor experience with order 250491. It covered 30 items, 59 articles at a cost of $696.39. First Crowlwey told me that are waitng for ten articles to complete the order and then ship in one package. I received a unexpected box with 3 gaskets that DIDN'T BELONG TO THE ORDER. After claims were found and shipped the 10 articles that were waiting for. Crowley maitained the the point that the 3 gaskets were the 20 articles missing, but never explained why shipped splitted in two shippins when the agreement was one and where are my 20 lost articles and my money. IT WAS GREAT DISORDER AND A REAL DISASTER Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
