Engine: Yamaha 90hp Shopping experience: Overall experience was great! They have extremely in depth parts breakdowns which helped me find EXACTLY every part I needed. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Propeller was damaged Removed old propeller and used parts breakdown chart to make sure I put all shims, spacers, and washers back on in the correct order

Engine: yamaha 75 Shopping experience: Ordered parts 18 days (12 business) ago that said would ship in 3-5 days and still have not received them. Missing out on valuable time on the water. Not a happy boater. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: More than 4 hours Repair symptoms: lower unit bearings ands seals I have taken my lower unit apart and ordered parts. Thats it so far.
Shopping experience: Ordered the part I needed. Paid for 2 day Express shipping so I could fix and use the boat over the weekend. Recieved the part 2 weeks later after I had already found one at a shop in order to get the boat useable. Not impressed. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
