Says that parts I ordered were in stock ready to ship immediately. Got an email 8 days later saying parts shipped. Three weeks after that I check tracking and tracking info is unavailable. So I call crowley and they tell me parts are waiting to ship. Couldn't give me a lead time. Said they are waiting to ship with a run of parts to cross the Canada USA border which I thought was a pretty weird explanation considering the amount I paid for shipping. Disappointed, didn't think a month would go by with no results whatsoever.
