The bolts were not long enough and when I contacted customer support over the phone I was put on hold for 20mins and then hung up on. I also sent in an email to support but never heard back from them! Horrible Experience

Engine: 2002 Yamaha 200 hp Shopping experience: I had a hard time trying to order my parts online. I could not go back and make changes since there was so many quality issues for my order. But when I called and spoke the representative was great and help me get my whole order together Repair difficulty: Hard Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Trim and tilt leaking I had the help of a friend who has more experience on the outboard motor than I. We borrowed the tool necessary to work on the trim and tilt and took it apart and replaced all the O-rings etc. Be sure to see how you take things apart so you know how to put them back together and I recommend taking a few photos before totally take it apart helps you remember how to put back together. It now seems to be working very well. Have not had it out on the water yet.

And replaced with spare parts however if that fails I have a new pump to replace. (All ordered from crowley Marine). Nightmare job because of snapped bolts due to corrosion issues. I had to drill out bolts and install easyouts.
