Very disappointed in the customer service. I inadvertently used the wrong shipping address. That's on me. However, I realized it immediately just as I submitted the order. I submitted a "ticket" and attempted to contact customer service. I received a message back saying the address was corrected. However, it was still shipped to wrong address, which was originally my fault. As these were trim tilt units it caused an issue. I would have been nice to speak with an actual person. Really disappointed with how this turned out. I am reluctant to order again as there seems to be no leeway with submitted orders.

Engine: 2012 Yamaha 150 Shopping experience: Overall experience was excellent. The only slight delay was due ordering just before the 4th of July holiday. When I contacted customer service about the delivery via email, their response was quick and accurate. The website drawings and part number lookups were complete and correct for my motor. Thank you for this service. The new power trim fit perfectly. Now I need the flood waters to recede and I can get back on the water. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: Power trim needed constant bleeding and replacement motor was week. In 2021 my OEM power trim started sound like it was binding. When I was prepping the the motor for 2022, the relay failed. Finding a replacement was difficult and expensive. My local dealer found an OEM replacement roughly a month later. There were some aftermarket parts available but, I do not like buying anything but OEM for most parts, especially electric. After replacing the relay the power trim motor failed. Again nothing available through the dealer. I did find a non-Showa trim motor online. This bolted up correctly but, was weak. I started looking for a new OEM power trim. No luck at my dealer. Checking online I found mostly rebuilds or new look alike repainted rebuilds. Then I found the Crowley website. They had the schematics, the part numbers and online stock check all in one place. Their engine look up tool was easy and correct. It showed out of stock in the USA but, in stock off shore. The unit showed up exactly when the CSR said it would. The box inside the box was directed from Yamaha. Thank you for your assistance. I had never ordered from Crowley before but, will always check them 1st if I need any other OEM Yamaha parts.
