Engine: 1997 f50 yamaha Shopping experience: Website turned out to be inaccurate. Ordered part off website and it said 5 in stock. After a week with no update I called only to find out that the part was coming from Japan. Waited around 30 days got the wrong part. Called again and they told me I ordered a part with a different number from their Website. Had to pay for the part again and it was in stock got it in a few days fit perfect. Cost me to ship the old part back plus lost the shipping price on the wrong part from their Website. Best to call and order from a real person because their Website is not accurate. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Website Inaccurate Said they had 5 in stock. After a week with no information on item I called and was told that the part was coming from Japan?? After waiting 30 + days wrong item came. Called and was told that the part number I ordered was a different number than their Website number?? Had to pay for the part again and ship the wrong part back and wait for a refund. After 3 days saying it had been received I checked to see if a refund had taken place. No refund yet so I called. Got my refund less shipping. Best not to order off their Website cost an extra $20.00 plus dollars due to their Website being inaccurate.
