Shopping experience: I experienced a hefty delay on my order, and It seems tracking of delays are not properly flagged in your systems. Only when I adressed the issue it was adressed. But I suspect some of this may be due to challenges resulting from a certain pandemic. Thus i gave you 3 stars, not 1 or 2 which would otherwise have been the result. I had a $2800.00 estimate to fix the motor and a sales rep saying not worth it buy a new one $3500.00 plus tax Found your site $75.00 later motor is working
