Engine: Yamaha F250 TXRD Shopping experience: I will likely do more business with Crowley Marine in the future, however, the item I ordered was on back order and it was not listed as such on their website when I ordered it (or if it was it said a couple of days until shipping). A little better communication would have been nice. I didn't find out the item wasn't shipped until a week later when I inquired about a tracking number and they told me it was on back order. It took over a month to get. I have done business with them before and have not had any negative experiences. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Worn Friction Washer where tilt rubs stern bracket
