Engine: Yamaha Shopping experience: Customer service was prompt regarding order inquiries but the order/part took 2 months delivery time. Crowley advertised a 3 to 5 day processing before shipping but delay after delay blamed on Yamaha. Other sites advertised a 30 day delay for the part that is why I chose Crowley but was mislead. Shopping experience: I ordered parts from Crowley because the website said you had them in stock. After two weeks of expecting them I get an email from you all that the parts are on order. Another two weeks pass before I get them. Not the end of the world, but when you are trying to prepare a boat for sale and the prime season for selling is slipping away, it is a big deal.
