Engine: Yamaha 150 DXTLRD Shopping experience: Excellent. Fantastic order confirmation and shipping communication Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Over 3000 RPM overheat Changed waterpump, (no improvement but needed) Changed thermostats and poppet valve. Removed thermostats and ran motor in vinegar water which intermittent air injection in an attempt to remove salt noted in thermostat change. Now removing head cover and heads to clean. Not really difficult, just time consuming to clean.
