Shopping experience: Poor feedback concerning shipping date. Waited extensive period for item to ship. Called to check and got recorded music - thought I had the wrong number. Checked number and called again - same thing but then someone answered. I asked if it was normal to be put through directly to the "hold" music. The response I got was "yeah". Very unprofessional. Will not buy from them again. Price discount was minimal and not worth the poor customer support. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
