Engine: Suzuki 6hp 4-stroke outboard Shopping experience: I ordered a clutch plate and some small associated parts in August 2020. After several queries as to when I night get them, I was told all the parts had not come in yet. I was finally sent what they had, in late December (after requesting them to do so). The motor was immediately repaired minus the missing oil screen. Thank God the basically new and very lightly used 6hp Suzuki is mine and goes on our Avon, as a customer would have lost the summer too. To make myself clear, I own and operate a repair shop and we repair engines from 30 liter diesels to small outboards, so I order a lot of parts from around the world, even during COVID19. This was by far the longest i have ever waited for any part. 3 stars is for no constructive input from Crowley as to the fact I did not need the oil screen to complete this job. Most of the time was spent carefully removing the powerhead gasket, as to not damage the soft aluminum castings.
