Engine: Suzuki DT 55 Shopping experience: I purchased several parts from Crowley Marine - probably a dozen. Their website had me identify my outboard and then I ordered the parts I needed. Out of those they sent me two parts that are not for my outboard and are useless to me. I don't even know what motor those parts are for so I can't re-sell them. They are worth about 31 bucks US dollars. I called them and they said they will only accept returns if I send them by courier at my cost. That is pretty much what the parts are worth so why would I spend the hour packaging them, driving to the post office and sending them. Crowley had about a 17% margin of error and they want me to pay for their mistakes. I won't do business with Crowley again. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
