Shopping experience: Nothing was in stock - had to wait for it to be ordered from manufacturer. When items came in, they didn't ship right away. Had to reach out to Customer Service for a status, at which time I was told that an item was unavailable and was holding up shipping. When order finally shipped, items were left off the shipment. I had to contact again to report the missing item and have it shipped separately. Would not recommend ordering from Crowley in the future. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
