An estimate "Ships in 3-5 days" for parts that are not in stock could be confusing as it does not provide any other estimate or update of lead time to get those from manufacturer. Manufacturer's delivery took nearly two months. On the other hand, the shipment from shop (Priority) to Europe took around week - excellent. You should take this into consideration in your project planning. There were two pieces of specific oil seal in my second order. It turned out that only one was available in stock, but this item was discontinued by manufacturer. This was communicated to me via automated and also a personal message from support. Personal communication really helped to understand the situation and promptly agree on the best solution. Overall, I have not find any other shop in U.S. with delivery options to Europe for reasonable price, so will definitely continue to buy from Crowley Marine and will recommend it to others for parts that are not available any nearer.
