Order was handled correctly and on time. The quality of the gasket was nowhere near the thickness of the original and made it difficult to install properly.

The prices a good but communication is horrible and if it gets cross shipped some how it takes atleast a month or more to get anything. If you call for help it's hard to get anyone and I ordered twice, both orders got screwed up the first had a random bag of parts with no part #'s on the bag and like 5 different parts in the bag. Another order you said a bunch of stuff was on back order and it was going to take a while so I ordered what you had instock and I called someone else for the rest they said it would be coming from the manufacturer and was about a week and a half to get it to my house. They were wrong it came earlier before the stuff you had in stock and then I got the stuff from you and one of the things was wrong and you said you had more instock and about 2 days later I finally got in touch with someone and they said they had to order it from the manufacturer and it was about a month out , it was a bolt that you probably could have over nighted for cheap just to keep a customer happy but instead you basically lost money and I'll probably won't be ordering from you again. I don't need the time loss or the headaches from your company for the slightly cheaper price I would rather pay a little bit more and actually work with someone who is going to be a professional about the way they handle business. You need to work on alot.
