Normally great, this order for a 25hp F25 tilt trim motor was frustrating. It was backordered, and i could not get decent info on when could recieve it. about 4 weeks later, i had to buy from Yamaha Dealer who got it (ordered) in 2 days. Thanks

Shopping experience: My local marine supply houses were having trouble getting me the parts I needed in a timely manner for my Yamaha outboard (all estimates were at least a month away). One service tech suggested I might have better luck ordering directly from Crowley Marine (I believe they themselves may have used Crowley as a resource for parts they didn't stock). My order was confirmed and processed quickly, with status updates e-mailed to me regularly. Pricing was good, no more than my local guys. The correct factory parts were on my doorstep in less than 10 days and successfully installed just yesterday. Nice to be back on the water within weeks and not months!
