Shopping experience: Terrible!!! Will never buy again. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Engine: Yamaha 9.9 High Thrust Shopping experience: Overall great experience, this was my second order from Crowley Marine. Part's were all factory Yamaha OEM parts as advertised. On line parts manuals make ordering the right parts easy. The only negative I encountered was the wait for them to get all the parts to send my order in one complete order. Keep in mind I really wanted my parts and sometimes you just have to wait for a part. Repair difficulty: lProfessional Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Oil pickup fell into lower oil case and lost oil pressure and went into limp mode. To fix this I had to take the power head off of the lower case and remove the lower unit, I then had to separate the lower cases and put the oil pickup and hose back onto the upper lower case and make sure the hose clamp was on properly which Yamaha had failed to do which caused the issue. I replaced all case gaskets and remounted the power head and lower unit and I'm back up and running perfect.

Engine: Yamaha T8 Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: More than 4 hours Repair symptoms: Replace pivot and tilt parts No having any experience in outboards, just slowly work through disassembly, repair and assembly with no serious setbacks.
